The exhibition scale and exhibition area of the 128th China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as the 128th Canton Fair) export exhibition remain basically unchanged for the 127th session, and booth application will be launched on June 29, 2020。
Exhibition time and format
The 128th CantonThe fair is planned to be held in mid-to-late October, and the specific form will be determined according to the global epidemic situation and domestic epidemic prevention and control requirements。

On display are 16 categories of goods: electronics and home appliances, lighting, vehicles and accessories, machinery, hardware tools, building materials, chemical products, new energy, consumer goods, gifts, home decorations, textiles and clothing, shoes, office bags and leisure goods, medicine and medical care, food。

Booth application process
Canton Fair export exhibition booths are divided into brand booths and general booths。Please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibition YiJietong" system (http://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/), registration, confirmation of company and exhibit information, booth application。After completing the online application registration, please contact your trading group for follow-up matters。
Brand booth
The 128th Canton Fair only made adjustments to brand booths voluntarily returned by enterprises and recovered by the conference。Belongs to the 127th Canton Fair brand booth exhibitors，Please confirm the application for the 128th brand booth according to the corresponding exhibition area and number of the original brand booth，Print the application form (route: online service -- Apply for a booth -- My booth application -- Brand booth confirmation application), stamp the official seal and report to the trading group，If you confirm to return all or part of the brand booth，Please submit the booth withdrawal application with official seal in writing (the system will automatically generate the application when confirming the application) to the affiliated trading group;Overdue confirmation shall be deemed as giving up the brand booth。
General booth
Enterprises that intend to participate and meet the qualification of Canton Fair，Please fill in the online application information of the corresponding exhibition area according to the exhibition catalog，Print the application form (path: online service -- Apply for booth -- My booth application -- General booth application) and stamp the official seal，Together with the foreign trade operator's registration form and other materials required to be submitted by the trading group, they shall be submitted to the trading group，The exhibitor is officially effective。
The booth of the third Central Channel accepts the application of regional characteristic industrial clusters (only for the category of the third exhibition area except food)。Industrial clusters with regional characteristics who intend to apply should submit a written application to the trading group before July 20, 2020, and send a copy to the Foreign Trade Center (Tel: 020-89138575, fax: 020-89138550).。
New energy, pet supplies booth
The number and location of the booths in the 128th Canton Fair new energy and pet products exhibition area remain unchanged in principle in the final state of the 127th session, and only the booths recovered by the General Assembly and those not confirmed by the original enterprises are adjusted。
It belongs to the exhibitors in the new energy and pet products exhibition area of the 127th Canton Fair，Please confirm the application for the 128th exhibition according to the categories of exhibits in the original exhibition area and the number of booths，Print the application form (route: online service -- Apply for a booth -- My booth application -- General booth application), stamp the official seal and submit it to the trading group，No additional materials are required。If the number of booths is reduced or not confirmed after the deadline, it is deemed to be returned to the corresponding booth。
Other enterprises that intend to participate in the exhibition and meet the qualifications of new energy and pet products exhibition area of the Canton Fair，Please apply according to the application steps of the "Exhibition Yijietong" system (Path: Online service -- Apply for a booth -- My booth application -- General booth application)，Application materials such as enterprise business license, foreign trade operator registration certificate, customs declaration registration certificate shall be submitted online，And proof of domestic sales，The application form with the official seal shall be submitted to the trading group for review and record。Except for domestic sales proof, other application materials are subject to online。
Matters needing attention
Please fill in the relevant information in detail and truthfully according to the system prompts。If you encounter any problems in the application, please refer to the operation guide of the "Notice Bulletin Board" on the home page of the "Exhibition Yijietong" system, or contact the Canton Fair Customer Contact Center (4000-888-999) in time to solve the problem。

The exhibits registered at the time of booth application will not be displayed on the official website of Canton Fair。If you need to maintain the exhibition information displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair, please log in to the official website "Cloud Exhibition Hall Management" system for relevant operations after obtaining the booth arrangement。The enterprise whose exhibits involve knives shall truthfully fill in the column of "main exhibits"。

When applying for a booth in the exhibition area with professional zoning of exhibits, it is necessary to truthfully declare the corresponding exhibit area according to the main exhibit categories (accounting for more than 60% of the exhibits of the company), so as to facilitate buyers to accurately find the target booth and improve the exhibition effectiveness。

The 128th Canton Fair exhibition fee standard has not been determined, exhibitors may need to pay the corresponding fee according to the physical exhibition booth price standard, or online exhibition services。
Special notice

Enterprise online exhibition application valid does not mean that the booth。Booth arrangement will be based on Canton FairExport exhibition booth arrangements to determine the relevant measures, the arrangement of the result of the "exhibition Yi Jietong" final announcement of the booth number or the trading group notice shall prevail。

"Exhibition Easy Jietong" is the only official booth application channel of the Canton Fair。For booth application, please contact your trading group first。All participation matters, including payment of participation fees, documents, etc., must be handled through the respective trading group。Canton Fair Export Fair does not entrust any unit or individual other than the trading group to agent any booth application, arrangement and other matters。Please be vigilant and guard against being cheated。
